Summer Sundae decorations

As you know, I’ve been away at the Summer Sundae festival, and I have many many pics! I’ve decided to split them up into themes to make them more manageable and todays theme is decorations. Basically Summer Sundae is a small, ‘nice’ music festival. It is held in an urban park, with some of the concerts taking place inside, in DeMontford Hall. Which means flushable toilets, oh yes! There is an area called the Garden, a quiet chill out bit where the non-music related activity goes on – there was a knitting tent, varoius arts and crafts things (more of which at a later point) and a mad hatter’s teaparty themed kiddies bit.

It’s also not sponsored by a huge company, like T in the Park, or the Carling weekender, or the V festival, so there’s no horrible corporate branding everywhere. Instead, the decorations are individual and many are handmade. Which just makes everything so much more fun! So before I completely fall over myself in praise of this festival, on with the pics of some of these decorations:
