Food photography roundup

I thought it was time for one of these. I have been making lots of lovely food recently, but not taking so many photos because of the early nights unfortunately.

potato and red onion pie

zimtbaellchen

Zimtbaellchen (cinammon balls). They were supposed to be Zimtsterne (cinammon stars, a traditional German Christmas thing) but as I said on Sunday, I can’t seem to make these myself! This time the dough was too runny and it was impossible to cut the shapes out. Tasted yum though!

Tarte tatin, pre-pastry

Tarte tatin, pre-pastry. The finished product didn’t look so good, but was also very tasty!

Blimey, move over, Nigella! Everything looks absolutely delicious!!! Plus, I love the idea of cinnamon balls – it's the taste that matters and not so much the shape…

    Congratulations!

Wow, if I could make food that tastes as good as this looks, my husband would come home from work extra early just because of anticipation! Poor guy, hes such a foodie and he married an only so-so cook;)

    *lol*

Great, Tigerentenkekse! How did you make them? Did you use a cutter (where from?) or shape them yourself?
