I took the Holga Camera on my Sunday walk through my neighbourhod and up Blackford Hill, one of the many Edinburgh Hills you have a great view of the city from. Unfortunately towards the top, there are no tarmacked paths, so I had to make do with the views through the houses. It was the one time I could see the point of these huge off road buggies. But I know what I prefer between being able to get up a muddy hill and being able to get on a bus!
I don’t usually edit photos taken with the Holga lens, but this time I ran them through the steps in this tutorial, which gives the blue and yellow cross processed effect. I really love it, I am so happy with these photos!

Beautiful photos and I really like that effect, very dreamy & romantic.
I love Edinburgh, it’s such a pretty city.
That horse swing is genius…xXx

Milo looks so cozy in his beautiful colourful knitted blanket – he’s gorgeous:). I especially love the pic of the huge allotment at the edge of the housing area, I’d love to have a poke around and see what people are coaxing into growing and maybe invite myself into a shed for a hot cuppa:) xoxo

The pictures are wonderful Franca – i love the vintage feel to them-
it looks like they were taken in the 70s.
You are such a great photographer, Franca! I love your city shots.
