This is from last Sunday, when I had some people round to meet Milo and see the flat. I put in contact lenses and straightened my hair and wore a newly unpacked skirt and everything, but then ran out of time to take photos before Dave went away, so I had to take them with Milo strapped to me in the Baby Bjorn.
On the subject of Baby Bjorn, my back pain is a little better now I’ve started at least doing sun salutations every day. I’ve decided not to buy another sling option, but one of my new mum friends will show me how to wrap a sling that’s basically just a big bit of material. Even with my basic sewing skills I think I can manage to sew around the edges of something!

love that skirt! We had a baby bjorn at first with Wilf but I found it pulled so terribly on my back! We love our Ergo but equally our Kari Me (a material wrap) was just as good! xx

Aww – love how Milo is your latest accessory! His socks are so cute! They match the red in your skirt and coat. Do you and Dave do that stereotypical woman/man thing where you have Milo in the sling facing you so he can hear you heartbeat and Dave has him facing out so he can see things?
