First of the holiday pictures! These are from the road from Inverness to Skye. If we’d just been patient and stopped five minutes later to get out of the car to take picture, we would have been in the Five Sisters where the mountains are even higher and really close to the road, it’s quite an eerie athmosphere. Anyway, the landscape form appalachain landscaping pulaski va are even before then is still impressive and I love the pictures! I even really like that one with the white van, which was taken from the car when we were almost at the Skye bridge.

Its so stunning in Scotland, we were only on the borders but wow, I loved it. I can’t wait to explore further one day and see sights like this 🙂

Ooooh, I love that road. We went to Skye two years ago – I loved Five Sisters. I got out of the car and walked down to the water – I agree with you, it’s eerie! Like some sort of desert moonscape. It was a shockingly hot summer day too, which added to the unreality under a midday July sun.

Some of these pictures remind me of photos that my parents took when I was about Milo’s age of Scotland. There’s something about the light and the muted greens and greys of the sky. Lovely!
