These pictures are from a long time before Christmas, when I’d just started the December break. We went to have a look at the new legal graffiti walls they’ve opened near the station. They’ve always had them on New Street, but now have added those disused arches that were used for the hidden door festival in the spring, and there’s going to be some on the fence round the Caltongate development building site. Some of them are for invited artists, but most are free for all, with the only rule that artists should make proper use of all the space available, not break it up with little bits and bobs. We haven’t bee back, so not sure how often it’ll change, but I hope it’ll be fairly regularly.
