Handmade kitchen display shelves

Today I want to show you something Dave made ages and ages ago, but I haven’t got round to blogging: these awesome kitchen shelves. It’s all pretty basic hardware shop supplies, the shelves are wood, the back is mdf. The background is that kind of thick wrapping paper you can buy in single sheets. Its worked really well, and it has actually made cooking so much easier, because we don’t have to rummage through the cupboards to find the right spices, and take out every single jar in the process. And our lovely butter dish, habitat spice jars and hornsea heritage bits (not shown here) are more obviously displayed.

So adorable! Wish I could commission your hubs to make one for me! I also love the paper you chose…Copenhagen=good paper things.

it’s really not that hard! It’s the butter dish that’s from copenhagen btw, not the paper. the paper is just from a random local card/gift shop
