We’re back with the outfit posts, hurrah! This shows exactly why I picked the tunic from Braintree – it’s completely maternity appropriate! I just went up a size and I reckon this should last me until a couple of months before the due date (hope I haven’t jinxed it now and I’ll end up with the biggest bump ever!), and then afterwards I can go back to wearing it as a dress.
Until then, over jeans it is. I only had two pairs of maternity jeans last time, and only this pair still fits 🙁 I’m currently hunting gumtree and the local Facebook groups for another pair, but pickings are surprisingly slim. There’s always eBay, but I’m too disorganised to bid in the last 30 seconds, I’ve missed to many deadlines already, and the buy it nows are usually a bit more than what I’d want to pay. I am pretty determined to get a second hand pair, there won’t be any more babies for me after this so it doesn’t seem worth the resource use for something so short term. Or the money. I do have some next vouchers I got for Christmas, but the only store to carry maternity stuff in Edinburgh is in an out of town shopping centre, and I just can’t be bothered to go there. Anyway, sorry, rambling, I am writing this late at night!*
Also hope no one minds the bump pictures! I know people bitch about them a lot on GOMI, but I use these posts to keep a record for myself, and I want to see how the bump size is progressing. This is 13 and a half weeks.
* Update: some came up on gumtree after I wrote this, so I’m sorted!
