I made these Nutella cupcakes for the work party the other day, and by special request of Laura on Instagram I’m sharing the recipe.
These are super easy store cupboard type things, using just four ingredients. They are very sweet, and really taste of Nutella. So essentially a drier, fluffier version of Nutella.
120g self-raising flour
½ teaspoon baking powder (I always like to add some extra baking powder to self-raising flour for extra fluffiness, but you could skip this)
Mix everything together well, put in cupcake cases and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. That’s it!
I managed to get just 10 out of this, but you could probably manage a dozen easily enough.
The recipe is adapted (barely, via the addition of the baking powder) from here. It took me ages to find a British recipe, there are lots of American ones out there, but since they measure everything in volume not weight I refuse to get involved. There is no way I am smooshing Nutella into a cup only to scrape it out again.
