I knit this ages ago, but never got round to taking pictures until the holidays. It’s the Clare Devine Acai, which was free for a while. It’s meant to have a pom pom, but this ws a stashbusting project so I didn’t have enough yarn for one. I would have liked this to have been just a tiny wee bit slouchier, and I had yarn for at least a couple more rows, but I thought the crown descreases would take more yarn than they did (it decreases very quickly!), so yeah. Still wear it all the time though! I can’t remember what the yarn is for sure, but i think it’s one of the cashsoft ones by Rowan. It’s a fairly simple pattern really, the body is just a two line repeat, but the texture is just so good. I’ve actually decided to use this slip stitch rib for Milo’s blanket I talked about on Monday.

A lovely hat – the colour is both very nice in itself, and very good on you. Goes very with with your snazzy jacket, too! Your hair is looking fab.
