This was taken on the beach before Milo’s gymnastics last Monday, looking for treasure. It had been a really foggy day. In the city centre the fog had burned off by 11, but as we drove into Portobello, it was still really heavy, although it started clearing while we were on the beach. We picked up all sorts of pretty shells, rounded pieces of glass and ceramics, and some driftwood for Dave to use in an unspecified project.
This was at the weekend, on Calton Hill. It was such lovely weather! We went up planning to try out the Milk café in the Collective Gallery for lunch, but it turned out to just be a little takeaway booth with some tables. On which Ellis is sitting.
